What to Bring

To fish on any Missouri lakes or rivers you will need a Missouri Fishing License. If you are taking a guide trip for trout, you will also need a trout permit. You can purchase fishing licenses and trout permits at this website: https://mdc-web.s3licensing.com/. You can also buy your license or permit at our local Walmart. You can buy your license immediately at 1-800-392-4115!

Check the weather before you make the trek to the boat dock and dress accordingly! Mornings on the lake can be chilly so we recommend a light jacket even on the days that are going to be warm. We also recommend bringing rain jackets/gear if there is a chance of rain. 

Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, rain jackets... anything that will make you more comfortable in the elements and protect you from the sun. 

If you booked a 6 or 8 hour trip, we recommend you bring a sack lunch. Snacks and drinks are provided. 

Randy will clean and package any in-season fish that you would like to take home. Bring a cooler for the fish on the ride home!

Life vests are provided for any passenger over 30lbs. If a passenger is under 30lbs, they will need to supply their own life vest. 

You will pay the $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking. The rest of the fee is due at the end of the guide trip. You can bring cash or we accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
